Villa de Lavandes is a new, traditional-style two-bedroomed Villa in Pezenas Herault Languedoc with use of a superb shared large swimming pool within the small secure development known as Coteaux de Moliere .

The Villa is ideal for families and sleeps up to 6. The Villa has an open plan living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen including oven, microwave, electric hob and dishwasher with separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The living/dining room has patio doors opening out onto the large terrace where you will find a table and chairs, sun loungers and the all important barbecue.

On the first floor there is one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. There is also a fully tiled bathroom with separate shower unit and hand basin. There is also a separate wc with sink basin.

The development overlooks and is within easy walking distance of the historical town of Pezenas which is nestled between Beziers and Montpellier and close to the beautiful sandy Mediterranean coast.
